Tally Ho has 30 cottages ranging from studios to 4-bedroom units. Studio-style motel rooms feature 2 queen beds, satellite TV, a mini fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and WiFi. One-bedroom motel-style cabins include two queen beds, a full bathroom, and a wood-burning fireplace. Stand-alone one-bedroom cottages offer a queen bed, a single bed, a full bathroom, a wood-burning fireplace, a bar fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, satellite TV, and WiFi. One-bedroom cottages with kitchenettes have a living room with a sofa bed and satellite TV. Two-bedroom cottages without a kitchen come with a microwave, a fridge, a coffee maker, and a kettle. Two-bedroom cottages with a kitchen include a wood-burning fireplace, a sofa bed, satellite TV, a fridge, a stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a kettle. Three-bedroom cottages have a wood-burning fireplace, satellite TV, a sofa bed, a fridge, a stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a kettle. Some cottages have full kitchens, while others have kitchenettes; all have satellite TVs, microwaves, coffee makers, and WiFi.

Tally Ho has Tristan Tasty Eatz, a food truck that offers Canadian foods, sandwiches, and ice cream. The Moose Café & Grill joins Tally Ho for breakfast, served with Henrietta's Bakery bread and Reunion Island coffee. Muskoka on the Rocks pub is across from the driveway. A restaurant is also located across the street.

Guests can use the tennis court, basketball court, and lawn volleyball. Snowshoes are available for borrowing during winter. There is axe throwing, an off-leash dog park, kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards. Barbecues are available for rent for $12+GST per day, including propane. During winter, weather permitting, there is a skating rink on the lake. Algonquin Adventure Tours provides guided tours for canoe, electric canoe, fishing, bicycle, bird watching, hiking, photography, and snowshoe.

Tally Ho is located near Limberlost Nature Reserve (10 km), Arrowhead Park, and Algonquin Park. It is 32 km from the West Gate of Algonquin Park and 1 km past the Tally-Ho Winter Park Road. The Ontario Northland Bus stops in Huntsville, and taxis can be arranged. Northern Airport Passenger Services travels between Toronto Airport and Huntsville.
